Artificial Intelligence Driven Ergonomics Strategies in Human Resource Management
Main Article Content
Özet
This study examines in detail the importance of ergonomic practices within the framework of human resources management (HRM) and the mediating role played by artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in these processes through analysis. Ergonomics aims to increase work efficiency by protecting the physical, mental, and behavioral health of employees. To achieve these goals, artificial intelligence technologies provide data-based analyses, predictable solutions, and personalized improvement suggestions, enabling more effective and predictable implementation of ergonomic improvements. The impact of ergonomics on critical areas such as employee health, safety, performance, and productivity in human resources management is considered a crucial and decisive factor in organizational performance and success. Artificial intelligence systems, on the other hand, stand out as a strategic tool for optimizing workplace ergonomics, anticipating risks, and generating personalized solutions. This article, drawing on current approaches and case studies in the literature on HRM, ergonomics, and artificial intelligence, analyzes the mediating role of artificial intelligence in ergonomic improvements in HRM using an interdisciplinary approach using document and content analysis.
